She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wowk and Walter Wowk; her husband Bob Durrell; her son Barry Laibida; her siblings, Delmer and Joyce Mandziuk; and her brother-in-law Sergio Pavan.
She is survived by: her children, Claudine, Dean (Yvonne) and Don (Charlene); her grandchildren, Kyle, Caleb, Aimee, Garrett, Holly and Gabriel; her great grandchildren, Michael and Flora; her siblings, Kay (Ted), Lucy and Roger; and her sister-in-law Bev. She is also survived by niece & nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2).
In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
