In the vast expanse of eternity, Julie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Julie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Jason Rowe. She is survived by: her son River Okeymow-Hope; her sister Frely Hope; her mother Angel Hope; her grandmother Brenda Rowe; her aunts and uncles, Sam Pancel (Louis), George Rowe, Justin Rowe (Char), Meagen Pancel and Daisy Hope; and her cousin Shacare. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
