She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kuzyk and Annie Kuzyk; her husbands, Stewart Ferguson and Russell Bodnar; her sister Jean Zadunayski (John); and her grandson Bohdan Bodnar.
She is survived by: her sons, Reverend Don Bodnar (Mariyka) and Nicholas Bodnar; her grandchildren, Stephan (Suzana), Olya Small (Peter), Daniel and Kristine; and her great grandchildren, Danusia, Marko, Mateyko, Charlie, Sophie and Theodore. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends who were blessed by her kindness.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral (10825 97 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5H2M4).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral.
