He is survived by: his children, Dustin and Savanna (Tyson); his siblings, Bernie, Darlene (Marty) and Janice; his nieces, Kimberly (Joshua), Rikki and Randi; his nephew Jesse (Jessica); and his aunts and uncles, Bill Jackson (Shirley), Ron Malone (Pat), Edith Jackson, Marie McDermott and Dale Malone. He is also survived by numerous relatives & caregivers.
