He was predeceased by: his parents, Mak Ying Po and Lau Wing Ying; and his sisters, Shirley and Patricia. He is survived by: his wife May; his children, Gordon (Constance), Betty (Tim) and Diane (Rob); his grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob; and his brothers, Eric Mak and Dick Mak (Rose).
