He was predeceased by: his children, Dolly Chan and Dennis Chan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce C. H. Chan; his son Wally Chan (Jane); and his granddaughters, Tiffany Wong and Jessica Wong. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of King Shak Chan may be made to the CK Hui Heart Centre, Robbins Pavilion.
