It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lana Marie Kapustinski (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Dale. She is survived by: her parents, Kate and Norm; her brothers, Jim, Lyle (Kveta) and Norman (Judy); and her godparents, Annie, Ron, Mali and Cali.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Lana's memory to the Mazankowski Heart institute or the Edmonton Humane Society.
