She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Sperling; her son Wayne Sperling (Carol); her brothers, Leon Lavoie, Thomas Lavoie (Simone) and Roger Lavoie (Verna); and her siblings-in-law, Verna Lavoie (Roger), Hector Dubrule (Leona) and Gordon Hartell (Bernadette).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Salloum, Susan Shephard (Andrew), Terry Sperling (Suzy) and Darcy Sperling (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jason Sperling, Shawn Shute, Bradley Sperling, Lindsey Shephard, Ashley Barbosa, Jody Hutchison, Megan Demian, Hailie Sperling, Kyle Sperling, Jacob Sperling and Jordan Sperling; her great grandchildren, Adyson Primeau-Shute, Keagan Primeau-Shute, Tiago Barbosa and Laila Demian; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Raymond Ossevorth and Aidan Ossevorth.
