He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal and Lillian; and his brother Edwin. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Hawthorne, Darren Hawthorne (Jodi) and Gailene Kazakoff (Lawrence); his grandchildren, Tyler, Scott, Benjamin, Karlene, Leanne and Colin; his siblings, Gay Sebo and Dennis Hawthorne (Anita); and his sister-in-law Eva Windsor. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
