He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Edith; his stepmother Violet; his siblings, Gerald (Vivian), Sandra and Margaret; his former wife Judy; and his grandson Kennith.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wood. He is also survived by 2 grand daughters, 5 great-grandchildren and extended relatives and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (16102 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2). A reception will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2).
