He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Irene Forsyth; and his uncles, Clayton Forsyth and Steve Todd. He is survived by: his daughter Phoenix Forsyth; his mother Debbie Forsyth; his brothers, Layne Forsyth (Charlene) and Cody Forsyth (Harlie); his nieces and nephews, Kaleanna, Rhylinn, Raidyn, Bentryx and Kashtyn Forsyth; and his uncle Rocky Forsyth (Doreen). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
