She is survived by: her husband Teddy Captain; her children, James (Judy), Linda (Robert Helm) and Edith (Gary Pears); her grandchildren, Katherine, Ruby, Theo, Troy, Scott and Tyson; and her sister Vera Meckley. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
