He was predeceased by: his wife Edith; his daughter Lori; his parents, William A. Lakovich (Santa Rosa Bill) and Sophie; and his sisters, Louise O'Brien, Nell Smith and Elsie Hadley.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard Lakovich and Carolyn Pert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
