He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Mandziuk and Alex Mandziuk; his wife Joyce (Verna); and his siblings, Mary, Roy, Edward, Victor and Jerry.
He is survived by: his stepgrandchildren, Kara (Seth), Vivian, Vicky, Derrick and Aliyah; and his siblings, Elsie, Sophie (Dan), Jim, Bill and Roger (Audrey).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (16104 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A3).
