He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bertrand and Rose Bertrand; and his brother Louis. He is survived by: his children, Terri Lyseng (Keith), Patti Kapler (Dave) and Grant Bertrand (Kim); his grandchildren, Brad, Josh, Mark Lyseng, Brittany Segin (Devin), Rebecca Kapler, Kelsey and Amanda Bertrand; his siblings, Charmaine Hickman, Ed and Don Bertrand (Jodi); and his wife Fran Brown. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
