It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Swontek (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella and William; and his brother Darrell. He is survived by: his close friend Anita; his sister Katherine Henderson; his children, Christie Harty and Cameron Swontek (Anita Young); his grandchildren, Penny Appleton, Fraser Hebert, Carrie and Catlin Hill; his son-in-law Dean Harty; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson, Ben, Hanna, Huston, Holden, Aidan, Quinten and Sadie; and his sister Kathy. He is also survived by his 3 nieces, extended family, and many cherished friends.
