Though Liberto may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Armando Conceicao and Maria Conceicao (Helena); and his sister Maria Lourdes. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina; his children, Emanuel (Kelley), Rui (Sonia), Pat (Paul) and Paula (Jason); and his sister Maria Marguerita. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
