She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Balla and Stella Balla; her husband Orest; and her brother Eddie. She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen (Darrell) and Deloris (Jeff); her granddaughters, Jillian and Melissa; and her siblings, Gladys (Roger) and Miles (Joanne). She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Parish (9003 153 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5E6L4).
In keeping with Lilly's compassionate heart, the family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Holy Cross Parish or Palliative Care Program at the Gene Zwozdesky Centre at Capital Care Norwood.
