He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Lychak and Sophie Lychak; and his brother-in-law Martin. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy, Cindy (Marvin) and Marlene; his nephew Kaden; and his friend Kevin. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
