She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Middleton and Lillie Middleton; and her husband Edward James Adam (Ted). She is survived by: her children, Susan Adam (Russ), Karen Toreson (Reid), Dean Adam and Drew Adam (Tara). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
