He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Slipchuk (Marko) and Roy Slipchuk; his brothers, Dr. Michael (Ann) and Steven (Tammy); and his siblings' children, Michael (Sara), Matthew (Shelby), Daniel, Marcus Slipchuk, Melanie (Casey Rusin) and Curtis Slipchuk.
