She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Doug; her parents, Mary Ulrich and John Ulrich; her sister Lois; and her brothers-in-law, Ben and Dwain.

She is survived by: her children, Will, Wayne (Sandra), Keith and Sheryl (Lee); her grandchildren, Allysia, Reese (Cassandra), Maya and Tiffany; her great grandchild Davian; her sisters, Phyllis (Manuel), Elaine (Dennis) and Debbie (Dwain); and her pet Misty. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Madeline's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
