He was predeceased by: his son David; his brother John; his sister-in-law Barb; and his parents, Joan Poirier and Richard Poirier.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his son Daniel (Tracy); his siblings, Louise (Fred), Rick, Joanne (Greg) and Maddi (Jorge); and his sister-in-law Karen Poirier. He is also survived by siblings and their spouses.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home (Downtown Chapel) (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marc's name to the Roozen Family Hospice Centre (Pilgrims Hospice Society) at pilgrimshospice.com.
