She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilbert Cook and Ada Cook; her brothers, Gilbert Jr. and Bruce; and her son Bryce Cook.

She is survived by : her boyfriend Bert Murray. She is also survived by the many friends, relatives.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5).

Marg was one of the founding members of the Glenora Rotary Club, eventually becoming President, and receiving the Paul Harris Fellow Rotary Award for outstanding contributions to the community.
