She was predeceased by: her husband Wes Phillips; her son Guy Phillips; her brothers, Danny Otway and Bud Otway; and her brother-in-law Morris Biddle.

She is survived by: her son Robert Phillips (Yekssy); her daughter-in-law Crystal Phillips; her grandchildren, Tomi-Lyn Berard (Coltin) and Trey Phillips; her great grandchildren, Alira and Ella-Rae Berard; and her siblings, Marcie Biddle and Pat Mihial (John).
