We bid farewell to Margaret Melnyk (Edmonton, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 4, 2025 at the age of 98. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Melnyk; her parents, Mary Papirny (Doonanco) and Dmetro Papirny; and her siblings, Ann Moskalyk, Lily Dermo, Lena Hnatiuk, Vera Shiller, Harry, Tom, Jim, Mike and Jack Diamond.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian (Randy), Mel (Carolyn) and Jackie; her grandchildren, Dawn, Dale (Nicole), Daylene and Trevor (Natasha); her great grandchildren, Austin, Ayden, Rowan, Emmett, Lauren and Julia; and her brother Metro Papirny (Flo). She is also survived by many Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
