She was predeceased by: her sisters, Eva Myers and Donna Payne; and her parents, Ken Myers and Marion Myers. She is survived by: her son Richard Charles Hoogendoorn (Cheri Crause) of Victoria; her siblings, Vonda Peterson of Red Deer, Alberta and Terry Myers (Barbara) of Vancouver; and her brothers-in-law, Matt Payne, Pete Peterson and Guy Fillion. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
