With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marguerite Marie Bruyere (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edmond. She is survived by: her children, A. J Bruyere (Irene) and Bernadette Johnson (Tom); her sisters, Marie-Anne Lavoie and Bernadette Chretien (Daniel); her siblings-in-law, Paul Martineau and Louise Lavoie; her grandsons, Brian Hayward, James Hayward (Tara), Peter Hayward (Lynne) and Zachary Bruyere; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden Hayward, Avery Hayward, Lynden Hayward, Sedona Hayward and Dreyton Hayward. She is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (12810 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5M2N7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre or to the Edmonton Seniors Centre in Marguerite's name.
