With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Alfarela (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Maria shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Maria farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
A prayer was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church (12311 55 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5W5G1).
