She was predeceased by: her former husband Jean Abou Mishrak; her husband Georges Bitar; her sons, Jean Abou Mishrak, Nadim and Sami Bitar; her siblings, Georges Tanios and Lore Abi Moussa; and her parents, Tanous Tanios and Fadwa Tanios.

She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Irani (Joseph), Jeanette Abou Mishrak, Khalil Bitar (Therese), Samia Asfar, Najwa Bitar, Sonia Bitar (Souheil), Fouad Bitar, Amal Kaba (Nabil), Faten Dersoa, Jamal Bitar (Vivian) and Robert Bitar (Marylou); her daughters-in-law, Freda and Ilma Bitar; her siblings, Jacqueline Afetian, Nouad Tanios and Joseph Tanios (Wafaa); and her children-in-law, Samira Bitar, Adib Asfar and Amin Bitar. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
