She was predeceased by: her brother Roy. She is survived by: her children, Tammy (John), Nicole (Richard) and Warren (Nadia); her grandchildren, Logan, Madison, Brooklyn, Nolan and Sydney; and her siblings, Raymond (Marlene) and Karen (Richard). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the University Hospital Foundation, Kidney Care.
