He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; his daughter Kendell Lensink (Ian); and his brothers, Paul and John. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon (John); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kristopher (Hana Laura) and Karly (Chad); and his sister Dawn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
