She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Licsko and Anton Licsko. She is survived by: her son Ken Podoborozny (Pat); her grandchildren, Kendra Rossignol (Brody), Myles and Natasha Podoborozny (Shayne); her daughter Colleen Gallo (Alberto); and her sisters, Diane Turner (Roy), Sharon Van (Mark) of Veen, Sandra Lancelot (Joe), Bonnie Felzien (Dave) and Linda Buhler (Anthony). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marlene's memory to the Prairie Tails Animal Rescue Society, a cause close to her heart.
