In 2015 I wrote a thesis titled 'Nutritional Networking', focusing on leading voices online who have fostered communities for individuals (such as myself) who struggle with their health. Martine was so willing and enthusiastic to participate. I interviewed her over Skype and enjoyed our conversation so much. I remember even raving to my family about what a kind soul she is. Interviewees like her made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant Honours Degree enjoyable. Sending my love and heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.”
