He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey; his parents, Napoleon Belle and Lydia Belle; his siblings, Lawrence, Elmer, Cecil, Viola and Roy; and his great-grandparent Andrew Whitford.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Greg), Joelle (Erik), John (Anna), Robert, Janice and Glendeen Jill. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
