He is survived by: his parents, Ken and Paula; his siblings, Gerrit (Sam), Damon (Sydney), Victoria, Cassandra and Sophia; his niece Olivia; and his grandparents, Gerry Spang and Katherine Schneider. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
