He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Philomène; his siblings, Helen, Alphonse and François; and his granddaughter Mary Anne.

He is survived by: his wife Karima; his children, Joseph, Sami (Izabella), Renda (Frank) and John (Ekeen); and his grandchildren, Julia, Anthony, François, Sabrina, Suzanne, Alexandra, Nicholas and Avery.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a formal service will not be held.
