He is survived by: his mother Mary-Jane Kahmahkotayo; his siblings, Wanda Kahmahkotayo, Brenda Kahmahkotayo (Will Harper), Debra Kahmahkotayo, Donna Kahmahkotayo-Wohlberg (Farron), Bealique Kahmahkotayo, Melanie Kahmahkotayo and Neil Kahmahkotayo; his children, Michael Kahmahkotayo (Shannon Constance), Merlin Jr., Dana Kahmahkotayo (Daniel Poundmaker), Pete Kahmahkotayo and Kiya Turner (Larry); his brother Paul Jason Kam; his siblings' children, Honey Davies and Tristen Wolfe; and his grandsons, Micheal and Henry of Onion Lake. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
