It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meta McQueen (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Meta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Meta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Syd; her daughter Kathryn; and her granddaughter Amanda. She is survived by: her children, Bill (Joyce), Lorna and John (Donna); and her grandchild Hilary.
