He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Julianna (Miller); his grandparents, Simion and Wselka (Wailka Badiozal); his parents, Lazar Sandulak and Dochita Sandulak (Burmey) of Boian, Alberta; and his siblings, George (Margaret Gibson), Nick (Pauline Welsh), Paul, Pakitza, Domanika, Katie (Bill Betuinga), Mary (Ted Nelson), Doris (Don Stewart), Grace (Mike Boyko) and Vera (George Harrasin).
He is survived by: his children, Allan, Larry and Melissa (Jim Tallent); his grandchildren, Danielle and Matthew; his siblings-in-law, Ron (Elsie) and Carol; and his niece Georgina (Mitch Hutscal).
