He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Ewanchuk and Mary Ewanchuk; his siblings, Marie, Kathy, Shirley and Bill; and his close friend Marjorie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Emily Hanes (Dave), Phyllis Mepham, Alvin (Jackie), Ken (May), Larry, Elaine Petruik, Barb Wowk (Phil), Noreen Mellings (Mike), Peggy Grandysh (Wayne), Paulette Macyk (Doug), Garry (Teri) and David (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Henry's name may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
