He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Linda; his parents, John Sr. and Mary; his brothers, John Jr., Peter, Joe, Bill and Steve; and his sister-in-law Sophie.
He is survived by: his children, Marshall of Grande Prairie, Ron (Sherri) of Calgary, Henry (Marnie) of Calgary and Debbie (Claude) of Edmonton; and his sister Mary Lychak. He is also survived by grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
