He was predeceased by: his father Bill Kuzyk; and his siblings, Debbie Adams and David Kuzyk. He is survived by: his mother Syb Crawford; his sister Brenda Cooper (Vaughn); and his nephew Joshua Adams. He is also survived by nephews, a niece, relatives, and friends.
