He is survived by: his children, Diane Choma (Zenon) and Bob Michalyk (Deborah); his grandchildren, Christine Choma, Natalie Choma (Richard), Nadine Michalyk, Stephen Michalyk (Megan) and Melissa Shaw (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Elisabeth, Henry and Alexandria.
