She was predeceased by: her husband Nick; and her brothers, Steve, Dave and Victor. She is survived by: her children, Violet of Calgary, Ken (Sue) of Ontario, Roney (Carol-Anne) of Calgary and Shirley (Geoff) of Edmonton; and her sisters, Pauline and Nellie. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
