She was predeceased by: her daughter Brynlee; her grandparents, Stan, Darlene and Diane; and her aunt Helen.

She is survived by: her parents, David and Crystal; her sons, Anthony, Eastyn and Kashtyn; her siblings, Ashtin, Cierra, Rylee, Andre, Devon, Kara and Autumn; her grandparents, Bev and Barry; and her stepmother Joleen. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be set up for Monique's three sons.
