He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chyzyk and Annie Chyzyk; and his wife Veronica. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Roxanne), Patricia Trussler (Stuart), Michelle Reed, Allison McDuff and Marcia Ziccarelli (Roberto); his grandchildren, Chris Chysyk, Megan Gibbons (David), Shelby Reed, Wyatt Reed, Dayna Reed, Roy McDuff, Kaitlin McDuff, Hanna McDuff, Daniel Ziccarelli (Chelsea), Adam Ziccarelli (Alexa) and Roman Ziccarelli (Janita); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Felicity, Desmond, Linnea and Sienna; and his close friend Elsie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
