She is survived by: her children, Scott Hoover (Lori Moffat) and Nicola (Niki); her niece Jodi Scarlett (Neil Fawcett); her brother-in-law Nels Jacobsen; her niece Lisa Parsons; her nibling Ryan Jacobsen; her siblings-in-law, Irene and Ernie Bass; her nephew Todd Bass (Ray McNichols); her niece Juanita Westover (Chris Tolley); Nikko Parsons. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
