He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hoggan; his children, Dallas Hoggan (Daphne) and Lauren Hoggan; his grandchildren, Samantha Hoggan and Jaden Hoggan; and his siblings, Elaine Moore, Rodney Hoggan (Connie), Donna Jorde (Dallas) and Treena Isaac.
