He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jake and Terry. He is survived by: his wife Susan Qi; his children, Aaron and Jesse De Beurs; his sisters, Wilma McNeil and Ann DeBeurs; his sister-in-law Janet DeBeurs; and his nephews, Alex and Matt. He is also survived by his family, friends.
